The Account Executive is responsible for the sale of all NetLink services by establishing relationships with key client organizations and applying knowledge of customer, industry and NetLink products and services to achieve sales, customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Effectively implementing sales techniques and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Developing and managing a defined customer base in order to ensure growth and profitability.
- Providing customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up contact and consultation after the sale to ensure market growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree desired, not required.
- Direct sales experience selling technical services.
- Focus on small and medium professional service market.
Network Support Engineer
The Network Support Engineer will be working to provide technical assistance and support for business enterprise customers around the world.
Specific technologies supported will include TCP/IP, Cisco Routers, Cisco Catalyst Switches, IP Telephony, IPTV and other VoIP / Voice related services. Candidates must have an active CCNP Certification with a minimum of 5 years experience with Voice technologies. REQUIRED SKILLS - Expert Cisco Routing & Switching skills on Cisco enterprise equipment (Cisco 7600 Routers & Catalyst 6500 Switches) - Strong Cisco IOS skills - Strong VoIP and IP Telephony experience is preferred. PIX and Checkpoint are a plus.
